PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a track displacement measuring device capable of certainly detecting track abnormalities by an inexpensive constitution. SOLUTION: The device comprises a plurality of targets to be photographed (A1-A4, B1-B4) arranged on or adjacent to a railroad track (32), a digital camera 11 for photographing an image including all of the plurality of targets, and a control unit 10 for controlling a time when the digital camera performs photographing, storing a photographed image, operating the coordinate of each target using the photographed image and storing results of operation. The control unit performs the operation of coordinate of the target from the photographed image, and measures track displacement from a change with a time of the coordinate from the start of measurement based on the result of the operation of the coordinate for each photographing.
