PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program information presentation device that presents the program information of counterprograms without making the image size of a viewing broadcast program small, and without actually interfering with viewing of the image. SOLUTION: The program information presentation device 10 includes: a program information processing part 12, a display control part 13, an image data generation part 14, and a composition part 15. The image data generation part 14 receives the signal of a broadcast program on a tuned channel, and generates an image data for display from the signal. The program information processing part 12 and the display control part 13 generates counterprogram data for display by structuring the program information of some counterprograms. Counterprograms are broadcast programs on different channels except a viewing one, in addition, on air or to be air. The composition part 15 combines a display image by display data generated in the image data generation part 14 with generated counterprogram data so as to display it on any predetermined display space on left, right, top, or bottom end in the display image, and outputs it.
