PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heater device capable of suppressing a cost increase while preventing the extreme lowering of a temperature of fuel for an internal combustion engine by a simple structure. SOLUTION: The heater device includes a block heater 9 attached to a cylinder block of the internal combustion engine and capable of heating the cylinder block 2 and a warm water pipe 10 having a contact pipe 10c formed in an annular shape with a first flow passage R1 and a second flow passage R2 to allow a heated medium to circulate and arranged in contact with a fuel pipe 7 arranged at a position in a vertical relation with the block heater 9 and a surrounding pipe 10b adjacent to the block heater 9.
