<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular sun shade device capable of regulating any sliding movement of a sun shade in the accommodating direction while a sun visor is arranged at the anti-glare position. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The vehicular sun shade device 25 comprises a right sun visor 46 and a regulating means 48. The right sun visor 46 is provided on a front part 44a of a sun shade 44, and selectively arranged on the folding position P3 along the sun shade 44, and the anti-glare position P4 downward of the sun shade 44. The regulating means 48 is capable of regulating the sliding movement of the right sun visor 46 from the shading position P1 toward the accommodating position P2 when the sun shade 44 is arranged at the shading position P1 and the right sun visor 46 is arranged at the anti-glare position P4.
