<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a plug body and a cover hard to separate even if the distal end section of an operation lever is mistakenly gripped instead of a handle, and the operation lever is lifted as it is. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A hook-like fastening section 44 is projected downward at the other side lower section of a second side surface 11. The hook-like fastening section is formed into an L shape for which an inward section 46 is connected with the lower section of a downward section 45. In the meantime, a recess-like fastening receiving section 47 in which the downward section 45 is inserted and fastened to when a cover 12 is placed on the upper opening section 6 is installed on the other side upper section of a first side surface 3. Even if the distal end section 14 of the operation lever 13 is mistakenly lifted instead of the handle, on the distal end section 14 side, the lifting can be resisted not by a fitting force but by the fastening force between the fastening section 44 and the fastening receiving section 47.
