<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinball game machine capable of changing the timing of discharging game balls with a simple configuration. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the pinball game machine where game balls discharged by a discharge device 21 provided on a back side of a game board 4 pass a discharge passage 22 and are led to a discharge port 9, the discharge passage 22 is provided with a main passage 23 and a bypass passage 24 different from each other in total length, and a control valve 25 is disposed at a branching part of the main passage 23 and the bypass passage 24. In accordance with a result of drawing of a drawing means 28 which is performed when game balls enter start pockets 13 and 14, the control valve 25 is switched. When a result of drawing is jackpot, the game ball (prize ball) is led to the discharge port 9 via the bypass passage 24 whose total length is the longer; when a result of drawing is a failure, the game ball is led to the discharge port 9 via the main passage 23 whose total length is the shorter.
