<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic equipment having an advantage in effectively preventing warping of a print board. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A projected piece 24 projecting along the surface of the print board 14 is disposed in the middle of the length direction of a side 14A of the print board 14. A heat dissipation plate 16 is attached to the side 14A of the print board 14 and made standing from the side 14A extending along the side 14A. On the lower part of the heat dissipation plate 16, a flat surface to be placed 1610 is formed which is placed on the surface 1402 of the print board 14, and support parts for both ends 28 are disposed at both of the lower ends of the heat dissipating plate 16, and further, in the middle part of the lower part of the heat dissipating plate 16 a projected piece support part 30 is disposed. The support parts for both ends 28 support both ends of the side 14A of the print board 14 immobile in the direction of the thickness of the print board 14.
