PURPOSE: A circulating pump for preventing vibration and noise is provided to prevent abrasion or tremor of a shaft and to secure an axial rotation of the impeller. CONSTITUTION: A circulating pump for preventing vibration and noise comprises a receiving part(11), a housing(10), a drive motor(20), a body driving magnet(33), an impeller(30), a fixed shaft(40), and a cap(50). The fixed shaft is inserted to a lower insertion part(31B) and exposed upward. The cap comprises an influx part(51) and a supporting part(53). The supporting part is projected to the lower part of the influx part and is inserted into an upper insertion part(31A). The supporting part is connected to an end of the fixed shaft and prevents the axial movement of the impeller.
