<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of accurately calculating the number of voting rights related to stocks borrowed from general investors. <P>SOLUTION: The system 10 for calculating a voting right number of borrowed stocks includes: a loan stock specification DB 14 storing the brand, stock quantity and loan period of a loan stock for each contract; a right settlement date information DB 12 which stores a right settlement date related to the stockholders' meeting of each brand in association with an item number identifying the individual stockholders' meeting; a voting right number calculation part 20 which mutually compares the right settlement date and the loan period of the corresponding item number for each loan contract with the loan period, sets, when the right settlement date is included in the loan period, settlement information showing that securing of right is settled for the item number to the loan contract, and tabulates the stock quantities of loan contracts with the definition information set thereto for each item number; and a voting right number output part 22 which creates a screen 32 describing the tabulated value, and transmits it to an operation terminal 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
