<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an acquired image from decreasing in picture quality and to contribute to thickness reduction of a camera in an optical-axis direction. <P>SOLUTION: A solid-state imaging device includes a photoelectric conversion part which converts irradiation light into electric charges, an infrared absorption glass having an antireflection film for absorbing a radioactive component formed on at least one surface and absorbing light of an infrared component of transmitted light, and a package which includes the photoelectric conversion part and to which the infrared absorption glass is fixed such that the photoelectric conversion part and antireflection film face each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
