<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a print service providing method or the like capable of holding a security and using the print service with a printing device shared. <P>SOLUTION: A client terminal 10 transmits a call request for using an MFP 20 to a call control server 30. The call control server 30 conducts an authentication process about user and the MFP 20 in response to the call request. When the result of the authentication process is correct, the call control server 30 transfers the call request to a print service management server 40. The call request, after transferred from the print service management server 40 to a print service providing server 50, is transferred to the MFP 20 through the call control server 30. This establishes the session of the client terminal 10 and the MFP 20.
