PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger made of glass lining capable of being downsized while securing a desired heat exchange rate. SOLUTION: The heat exchanger is equipped with an inlet port 13 for flowing heat-exchanged material, an outlet port 251 for discharging the heat-exchanged material incoming from the inlet port 13, a heat-exchanged flow passage Q for communicating the inlet port 13 and the outlet port 251, and a heat-exchanging flow passage P in which heat-exchanging material circulates for heat-exchanging with the heat-exchanged material circulating in the heat-exchanged flow passage Q. Glass lining is applied on a surface which contacts the heat-exchanged material. The heat-exchanged flow passage Q is equipped with an outer flow passage Q1 having a cylindrical shape, and an inner flow passage Q2 communicating with the outer flow passage Q1 and formed in a cylindrical inside area of the outer flow passage Q1 along the axial direction of the outer flow passage Q1.
