PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exactly control the distribution amount/distribution number of resin material per unit time, and to exactly feed the resin grains one by one in just proportion. SOLUTION: A reservoir part 27 for storing the resin material P and a feeding part 30 for feeding the resin material P are disposed oppositely to each other with respect to a moving rotor 23 having recessed parts. The resin material P is fed in from an entrance end 25 located on one side of the recessed part 24 facing the reservoir part 27, and the resin material P is fed out from the exit end 26 located on the other side of the recessed part 24 facing the feeding part 30. The entrance end 25 of the recessed part 24 is made smaller than the exit end 26 (Fig.5). Only the single grain of the resin material P then exactly enters from the gradually narrowing entrance end 25 of the recessed part 24, and the resin material P does not excessively enter the recessed part. Besides, such a possibility is prevented that the resin grains P run against one another at the entrance end 25 of the recessed part 24 and the resin grains P are hard to enter the recessed part 24.
