In the refrigeration cycle device 1, the final estimated torque TrqA of the compressor 2 is determined by using the estimated torque Trq0 of the compressor 2 sampled corresponding to the high pressure Ph in the high-pressure side area to be detected by a high-pressure sensor 31 and the fin temperature Tefin of an evaporator 6 to be detected by a temperature sensor 61, and the first estimated torque Trq1 of the compressor 2 estimated from the refrigerant flow rate Rflow in the high-pressure side area to be detected by the flow rate sensor 7.
