PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas cooking utensil having an opening/closing door from which only a glass panel is removed for cleaning. SOLUTION: In a built-in stove, the opening/closing door 15 turning about a pivot 48 includes a body frame 70, a pressing frame 80, and the glass panel 90 held between the frame 70 and the pressing frame 80. When removing only the glass panel 90 from the opening/closing door 15, the lower end side of the pressing frame 80 is pressed down relative to the frame 70 against the urging force of a torque spring 58. In such a state, a pivot-locking piece 87 of the pressing frame 80 is locked to the pivot 48, so that only the pressing frame 80 is turned downward about the pivot 48. Therefore, a gap is generated between the frame 70 and the pressing frame 80, and the glass panel 90 locked to a locking piece 78 of the frame 70 slides down along the surface of the pressing frame 80.
