<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system to promote the reduction of an exhaust gas emitting amount. <P>SOLUTION: An environmental contributing reduction system 10 includes an emission sensing part 130 to sense the emission of exhaust gas from an automobile 20 having an internal combustion engine 50, a clocking part 110 to clock a time in a securable manner, an exhaust amount calculating part 255 to calculate the exhaust amount of the exhaust gas from the emission of the exhaust gas sensed by the emission sensing part 130 and the time clocked by the clocking part 110, an emission decrease certifying part 260 to certify the exhaust amount at a determined time, and a charging organ 30 to decide a charge imposed on the automobile 20 in accordance with the calculated exhaust amount. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
