<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the amount of a belt-like cleaning member (a web) stored without increase in space required for disposition. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A delivery roll 320 including a first shaft member 321 and holding a web 310, a take-up roll 330 including a second shaft member 331 and taking up the web 310, a rotary driving means connected to the second shaft member 331 to draw out the web 310 and take up the same on the take-up roll 330, and a member 350 for pressing the web 310 drawn out from the delivery roll 320 to a fixing roller 210 are disposed in a disposition space H. The delivery roll 320 and the take-up roll 330 are arranged with a plane A of the substantially central position of the disposition space H interposed between them. The position of disposing the first shaft member 321 is moved in the direction of going away from the plane A as the web 310 decreases in the delivery roll 320, and the second shaft member 331 is moved in the direction of approaching the plane A with increase in the web 310 while maintaining the connected state to the rotary driving means.
