<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To wait or communicate in the cell of an appropriate RAT even when multiple RAT priority information specifying different RATs is received. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A mobile station UE includes a storage section 23 which stores a first type of RAT priority information, a receiving section 13 which receives a second type of RAT priority information and RAT designation information from a wireless base station, a waiting section 12 which waits at the cell of a second RAT when a first RAT specified by the first type of RAT priority information differs from a second RAT specified by the second type of RAT priority information and the first RAT coincides with a third RAT specified by the RAT designation information, and a display section 31 which displays the fact that the mobile station UE is located in the first RAT when the first RAT differs from the second RAT and the first RAT coincides with the third RAT.
