MANUFACTURING METHOD OF COPPER WIRE FOR MAGNET WIRE, COPPER WIRE FOR MAGNET WIRE, AND MAGNET WIRE

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnet wire in which defects such as blow-holes in a resin coating layer are reduced by optimizing a rake angle of cutting edge of peeling die used for skin peeling process. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of copper wire for magnet wire, cast wire material 18 is produced by continuously pulling up molten copper, and then the cast wire material 18 is subjected to the skin peeling process using a die 21 to obtain the copper wire material for magnet wire. The rake angle of cutting edge 24 of die 21 is set at 20-35° and resin coating layer of polyimide or polyamideimide with high adhesiveness is formed on the obtained core wire.
