<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrodialyzer capable of simultaneously removing a plurality of kinds of at least one of an anion and cation to be removed from an electrolytic solution containing them and capable of reducing the loss of a useful ion component in the electrolysis operation. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The electrodialyzer for removing the ions to be removed via the electrolysis from the electrolytic solution containing them consists of a plurality of anion exchange membranes and cation exchange membranes between a cathode and an anode. At least one of the anion exchange membrane group and the cation exchange membrane group consists of a plurality of membranes having a different specific ion migration amount (g/(A×H)/dm<SP>2</SP>) from each other shown in the formula 1 below measured under the conditions that the quantity of electricity is 1A×H, and the area of the ion exchange membrane is 1 dm<SP>2</SP>.
