<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with a physical server for a management server to reduce the cost for physical computers and facilitate operation management of virtual computers by a manager by using and assigning surplus resources of a physical server to a virtual server for management. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A virtual computer system in which a plurality of virtual computers and a virtual computer for management of the system are operated on a physical computer under the control of a control program includes means for collecting and storing load information of the virtual computers operated on the physical computer, and the CPU capability and memory capacity of the physical computer; and means for the virtual computer for management to read the stored load information of the virtual computers and CPU capability and memory capacity of the physical computer.
