<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a propylene based resin composition being excellent in balance of transparency and impact-resistance. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The random copolymer of ethylene and/or α-olefin with propylene is a propylene based resin composition containing 50-99 wt.% of a propylene based random copolymer (A) in which a total of a structure unit derived from an ethylene monomer contained in the random copolymer and a structure unit derived from an α-olefin monomer is 3-7 wt.% when a weight of the random copolymer is made to 100% and 50-1 wt.% of a copolymer (B) of ethylene with an ethylene based unsaturated ester (provided that a total of the copolymer (A) and the copolymer (B) is made to 100 wt.%).
