<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To open contents to the public on a network, to widely collect a voice message for the content, and to correlate the contents with the voice messages for storage. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A device 120-C stores a unique identifier correlated with the telephone number of a device 10-A, and a content table in which the content is correlated with a content identifier. The content and the content identifier are transmitted to a device 20-B from the device 120-C, a user uses the device 10-B to call the device 10-A having an automatic answering telephone setting, and the voice message for the content and the content identifier are correlated with the unique identifier for recording in a device 110. The device 120-C transmits the unique identifier to the device 110 to acquire the voice message correlated with it. A content server device uses the content identifier corresponding to the voice message, and correlates the voice message with the content in the content table for storage.
