<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output two frequency bands in a simple circuit configuration, to downsize a wireless apparatus and to reduce costs. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A fundamental frequency generated from an oscillation circuit part 26 is outputted through a multiplication circuit part 27, and a voltage to be supplied to the multiplication circuit part is switched to two different voltages. The multiplication circuit part performs an amplification operation at one voltage, the multiplication circuit part performs a multiplication operation at the other voltage, and the two frequency bands are alternatively originated.
