An electric device according to the present invention includes a main body portion of the electric device that is designed to be connected to a battery park. A connecting portion for connecting the battery pack is formed to the main body portion of the electric device. A terminal supporting plate having at leased a pair of terminals and for connecting terminals of the battery pack is fixed to the connecting portion. The terminals and are arranged on a front surface side of the terminal supporting plate that is exposed from the connecting portion. An electric material component is arranged on a rear surface side of the terminal supporting plate.
