PURPOSE: A broadband RF switching circuit using a pin diode is provided to reduce the loss of RF signal by reducing the number of number of a component of RF route. CONSTITUTION: A first terminal and a third terminal are use as an input-output terminal of an RF route. A second terminal is used as a switch input-output common connection terminal. A first PIN diode(10) switches the conduction of route between the first terminal and the second terminal. A second PIN diode(30) switches the conduction of route between the first terminal and the second terminal. The third PIN diode(40) sends a signal to the ground in order to reduce the transmission of signal to a third terminal. A power source switch control unit(20) supplies a plus power and minus power to a 1,2,3 PIN diode. A reverse voltage / current controller(60) maintains the high reverse voltage of the second PIN diode. |
