<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a risk evaluation support device capable of studying risk elimination measures from a wide range of project cases, supporting its study and decisions, and reminding a person in charge of the project to spontaneously execute the measures. <P>SOLUTION: Based on inputs of the project and phases, all the measure contents in the past for each studying item are output by the combination of the project and the phases. A project manager inputs the current risk evaluation for each studying item and selects or inputs the measures. The project manager calculates a risk value based on the current risk evaluation and outputs a graph, and the input of the risk evaluation after the measures for the studying items with the high risk values is accepted from the project manager. Both the risk values based on the current risk evaluation and the risk value based on the risk evaluation after the measures are displayed on the graph. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
