<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus, capable of suppressing curling of a discharged recorded medium, and preventing the discharged recorded medium from being in an unevenly stacked state at a discharge destination, compared with a conventional product. <P>SOLUTION: A curl suppression part 10 presses the carrying directional rear end of the discharged paper from above by an extending piece 33 to suppress its curling, so that the discharged paper does not disturbs discharge of paper newly discharged. Therefore, the discharged paper can be prevented from being pushed out of the discharge destination by butting of the carrying directional front end of the newly discharge paper on the carrying directional rear end of the discharged paper. The curl suppression part 10 draws the discharged paper toward a discharge part by frictional force acting between the extending piece 33 and the discharged paper in accordance with its rotary drive. Accordingly, the discharged paper can be drawn toward the discharge part and neatly arranged, and the discharged paper can be prevented from being in the unevenly stacked state at the discharge destination. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
