<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soundproof material which has excellent sound absorption and sound insulation properties, can be manufactured cheaply, has no risk of delamination since the sound absorption layer and the sound insulation layer are firmly and integrally combined without using an adhesive, and has flexibility, to provide a plastic pipe member which has soundproof properties and uses the soundproof material for its exterior, and to provide its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: A soundproof material comprising two layers, the sound insulation layer 1 composed of an elastic mortar which comprises a water-curable inorganic composition and a polymer admixture, and whose elongation rate at a break is 5% or higher, or an open cell form or a non-woven fabric impregnated with mortar, and the sound absorption layer 2 composed of an open cell form or a non-woven fabric not impregnated with the mortar, or a soundproof material is used which comprises three layers and has a layer composed of the elastic mortar outside the sound absorption layer 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
