<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately authenticate that a user is an authorized person by appropriately preventing leakage of an authorization symbol string like a credit card number. <P>SOLUTION: An ID issuance server 20 receives upper eight digits of a credit card number from a user's cellular phone 10, and issues a one time ID to the cellular phone 10. A service server 30 receives lower eight digits of the credit card number and a one time ID from a PC 11 and transmits the one time ID and a second symbol string to a number development/authentication processing server 40. The number development/authentication processing server 40 receives the one time ID and the lower eight digits from the service server 30, acquires upper eight digits corresponding to the one time ID by communicating with the ID issuance server 20, develops the credit card number, and performs authentication with the credit card number. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
