<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of occurrence of cracks in an built-in element and a laminate in manufacture of a multilayered ceramic substrate with the built-in element by burning the laminate incorporating an element such as a laminated ceramic capacitor. <P>SOLUTION: In the multilayered ceramic substrate, the laminate 6 is constituted of base material layers 2 and interlayer constrained layers 3-5 interposed between the layers 2. The base material layer 2 is formed of a sintered body of a glass material and a first ceramic material. The interlayer constrained layers 3-5 contain a second ceramic material which is not sintered at the sintering temperature of the first ceramic material and part of the glass material of the base material layer 2 penetrates into the layers to fix together the second ceramic materials in the layers. The built-in element 7 is interposed between the interlayer constrained layers 3, 4 and its entire periphery is covered with the interlayer constrained layers 3, 4. A void forming material layer 20 is formed between the interlayer constrained layers 3,4 and a ceramic element assembly 30 of the built-in element 7 and the void forming material layer 20 is burned out by sintering to form a void 25. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
