<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication management device of an on-vehicle network enabling stable communication of the on-vehicle network while suppressing a cost increase. <P>SOLUTION: In the on-vehicle network 1 formed by connecting a plurality of ECUs 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14 provided in a vehicle by a CAN 20, an engine ECU 2 detects the transmission period of a periodical frame transmitted to the CAN (S1), calculates the standard deviation of the transmission period (S2), and transmits an emergency signal to the ECUs having first and second priorities for transition to a limp home mode (S6, 7) when the transmission period of the periodical frame from the ECU having the first priority is not less than a prescribed value 3σin the standard deviation (S3). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
