<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a situation wherein an electrode cannot be arranged as intended on a flange part of a cap, caused by an manufacturing error of the cap. <P>SOLUTION: The conductive cap 10 is fixed on a mounting substrate 1 by resistance welding, and includes a body 11, and the flange part 12 extended from a base end connected to the body 11 in the direction separating from the body 11. The flange part 12 includes a mounting surface for mounting an electrode in resistance-welding. A groove 15 is formed in a periphery of a boundary of the mounting surface and an outer circumference surface of the body 11. The situation, that the electrode cannot be arranged as intended on the flange part of the cap 10, caused by the manufacturing error can be suppressed by forming the groove 15 in the periphery of the boundary of the mounting surface and the outer circumference surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
