PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collect a small amount of specific gas constituent contained in expiration and accurately measure the concentration of the gas constituent. SOLUTION: This expiration measuring device 20 includes a body section 14, an upper lid 16, a fan 22, and a sensor section 100. In an opening state of the upper lid 16, an expiration collection tube 40 is mounted to the body section 14. The expiration collection tube 40 includes a permselective membrane 54 and permselective membrane 56 for selectively passing only the specific gas constituent in the expiration, and an adsorption material 58. A cooling cover is mounted to the outer periphery of the expiration collection tube 40 during expiration collection. The sensor section 100 includes an expiration sensor surface-modified with a material corresponding to the specific gas constituent adsorbed by the adsorption material 58 of the expiration collection tube 40.
