摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary anode X-ray tube device capable of reducing occurrence of expansion, blurring and distortion of an X-ray focus. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A magnetic path forming body 35 is installed at both sides in a direction along a width direction of a filament 32 in a cathode support body 33. A plurality of magnetic poles 54 are arranged at the outside of a vacuum housing 15 opposed to the magnetic path forming bodies 35. A deflection magnetic field which deflects a trajectory of electrons generated from the filament 32 is formed in collaboration of the plurality of magnetic poles 54 and the magnetic path forming bodies 35. Thereby, the magnetic flux density of the deflection magnetic field in the electron beam position is increased and the distance between the cathode support body 33 and an anode target 27 is brought closer and occurrence of expansion, blurring, distortion or the like of the X-ray focus is reduced.
