<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten delay time of information transmission while reducing power consumption of a fire alarm. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A control part 1 makes a radio signal transmitted in a transmission period (a) and a pause period b based on specifications, and intermittently starts the radio transmission/reception part 2 at a prescribed intermittent reception interval T. Thus, it is possible to shorten the delay time of information (fire sensing information) transmission while reducing the power consumption of a fire alarm by setting the values a and b satisfying a+2b<T and 2a+b>T under conditions that the intermittent reception interval T is T>a in the transmission period and the pause period, or setting the values a and b satisfying 2a+b> and a+1.5b<T in the transmission period and the pause period.
