<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grip aid for the purpose of maintaining one's grip for a long time. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The grip aid includes a band 1 which is attachably/detachably mounted on the wrist and a hook member 2 whose attaching position to the band 1 mounted on the wrist can be varied to an arbitrary position in the upper and lower direction of the arm. The grip aid is characterized in that the hook member 2 is composed of an axis part 2a and a bent part 2b extending laterally to the axis part, that the hook member is attached by being positioning to the band mounted on the wrist, and that the axis part 2a extends toward the finger tips along the palm of the hand while the bent part 2b is formed along the inside of the bent fingers.
