PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricating oil supply device and a lubricating system for an internal combustion engine, capable of warming up a lubricating oil in an early stage at the warming up of the internal combustion engine utilizing a pump mechanism and capable of improving the usability of the pump mechanism. SOLUTION: The lubricating oil supply device for an engine 1 lubricates the lubricating part by supplying a lubricating oil to the lubricating part such as a piston of the engine 1. It includes a pump mechanism 10 having a large capacity oil pump 12 and a small capacity oil pump 13 for changing the ejection flow rate of the lubricating oil to at least two stages of a large capacity and a small capacity, an oil conveyance pipe 17 for supplying the lubricating oil ejected from the pump mechanism 10 to the lubricating part, and an ECU 100 for switching the pump mechanism 10 between the large capacity oil pump 12 and the small capacity oil pump 13 based on the temperature of the lubricating oil supplied to the pump mechanism 10 and the temperature of the piston 5.
