<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding-type common mode choke coil with a terminating circuit, which prevents an excessive common mode current produced by a series resonant between an inductance of common mode choke coil chassis and a parasitic capacitance of communication IC, etc., from flowing into the communication IC, etc. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A common mode choke coil chassis 2 and terminating circuits 3A and 3B mounted on the common mode choke coil chassis 2 are provided. The terminating circuits 3A and 3B are inserted into depressed portions 41A and 42A formed respectively on collar parts 41 and 42 of the common mode choke coil chassis 2. Resistor members 31 and 32 are formed at both ends of insulator block 30, respectively, a grounding electrode 33 is formed from the center of the front face of the insulator block 30 to the center of the lower face, and the resistor members 31 and 32 and the grounding electrode 33 are connected through a capacitor 34 inside the insulator block 30 to constitute each terminating circuit 3A (3B).
