<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize the use of utilizable resources in a wireless CDMA system when a wireless data transmission service supporting Internet connection coexists with wireless voice communication. <P>SOLUTION: A base station (110) can discriminate a request marker by using a substitution reference low in the probability of errors, since the power level of the marker is different. Here, comparison of the marker with respective energy level threshold values and monitoring of occupying condition of time slots, the occupying condition of mutually exclusive code channels or the combination of these can be included in the substitution reference. In a specified embodiment, for example, the request marker, high in priority in general, is transmitted by a high electric power, whereby the detecting probability of the request marker is improved and the probability of false detection is reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
