<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an adjustment of the resonance frequency of a booster antenna without any poor connection between a coil and a capacitor. <P>SOLUTION: The booster antenna used for a contactless information medium has: a first antenna coil pattern 11 formed on one surface of an insulating substrate 13; a second antenna coil pattern 12 formed on the other surface of the insulating substrate 13; a first through-hole via 14a for connecting one end 11a of the first antenna coil pattern 11 to one end 12a of the second antenna coil pattern 12; and a second through-hole via 14b for connecting the other end 11b of the first antenna coil pattern 11 to the other end 12b of the second antenna coil pattern 12.
