<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet head in which individual piezoelectric elements manufactured in advance are accurately mounted correspondingly to pressure chambers in manufacturing of the inkjet head, and to provide its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: Holes A3-D3 each with a predetermined diameter are formed on both sides of a forming region of the pressure chambers 32 in a first pressure chamber plate 30a. Holes A4-D4 each with a larger diameter than that of the holes A3-D3 formed in the first pressure chamber plate 30a are formed to a second pressure chamber plate 30b. Center positions of the holes A3-D3 are formed while made correctly correspond to the pressure chambers 32. Window parts A2-D2 and window parts A1-D1 are opened to a diaphragm plate 40 and a rigidity reinforcing plate 60 respectively so that inner peripheral edges of the holes A3-D3 can be detected from the outside. Loading positions of the piezoelectric elements corresponding to the pressure chambers are determined by detecting the holes A3-D3 from the outside, and the piezoelectric elements are positioned and fixedly bonded to the diaphragm plate 40. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
