<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof structure of a tunnel, which can surely suppress the leakage of water in the tunnel over a long period of time. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A first grout infilling hole 10 for infilling grout is provided between a waterproof sheet 3 and secondary lining concrete 5 between water barriers 6 adjoining each other in the longitudinal direction of the tunnel. An exhaust air injection hose having a large number of holes provided on a peripheral surface is installed between adjacent ribs of the water barriers 6. A urethane elastomer filler is infilled as the grout. The urethane elastomer filler contains organic polyisocyanate (A), polyol (B) mainly composed of polyether polyol (b1), the average number of functional groups of which is 2-4 and the number average molecular weight of which is 1,000 or less, and an aromatic hydrocarbon-based plasticizer (C) mainly composed of an aromatic hydrocarbon (c1); and the content of the aromatic hydrocarbon-based plasticizer (C) falls within a range of 10-100 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of the organic polyisocyanate (A).
