<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hardcoat film for molding which has both of high surface hardness and moldability. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The hardcoat film for molding has a hardcoat film prepared by applying a coating liquid on at least one surface of a substrate film and curing the applied coating liquid, wherein the coating liquid contains at least an ionizing radiation curable compound having tri- or more functional groups and mono- and bi-functional ionizing radiation curable compound and a content of the mono- and bi-functional ionizing radiation curable compound in the ionizing radiation curable compounds contained in the coating liquid is 5-95 mass%.
