<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding bicycle capable of connecting hub shafts of the bicycle in a folded state to each other without fail, and properly handling during folding. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the folding bicycle in which front and rear wheels 1, 2 are arranged on the concentric manner with each other, when the bicycle is folded and not in use, a connection projecting piece 9 consisting of a large diameter part 9a on the fore-end side and a small diameter part 9b on the base-part side is provided on a fore end of a nut 6 out of nuts 5, 6 screwed, respectively to one end of hub shafts 3, 4 on the front and rear wheels 1, 2 on sides opposite to each other, when the bicycle is folded and not in use; and an engagement hole 8 with the connection projecting piece 9 being engaged therewith is formed in the fore end of the other nut 5. A connecting member 11, with a pair of spring rods 11A, 11A juxtaposed thereon which are spring-urged in the expanding direction to each other, is slidably fitted to a passing hole 10 formed on the circumferential side of the other nut 5 which is orthogonal to the axis of the engagement hole 8. Furthermore, parts of the larger and smaller widths than the diameter of the large diameter part 9a of the connection projecting piece 9 engaged with the engagement hole 8 are provided on the spring rods 11A, 11A of the connecting member.
