<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for identifying a person (speaker) who has input handwritten data in a storage file (Minutes of Meeting) during or after a conference, in an information sharing system of a remote conference system or the like. Ž<P>SOLUTION: When a base terminal to which data have been input transmits the input data to each terminal, the base terminal distributes the data and a base point ID unique to each terminal, and each terminal which has received the data stores the data and the base ID as a pair in a data information list. When displaying the data, the terminal displays the base point information along with the data. When storing the data in the file, the terminal stores the pair of the data and the base point ID.
