<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic equipment cover and a display apparatus, which can suppress influence of static electricity. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A back cover 112b constitutes at least a part of a housing storing a circuit board 119 where an electronic component 122 is arranged on a surface. A through-hole 120 penetrated from one face to the other face is formed in the back cover. In the back cover 112b, the through-hole 120 is formed in such a way that end parts (121, 121) of members confronted each other across the through-hole 120 are overlapped when they are viewed from a thickness direction.
