<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillation circuit with a frequency adjusting circuit, capable of highly accurately and automatically adjusting a frequency over a wide temperature range. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A first capacitor circuit 23 forms a first composite capacitance value based on data signals D0-D2, a selection circuit 24 outputs five signals input to data input terminals Di3-Di7 based on the data signals D0-D2 to a second capacitor circuit 25 in correspondence from five consecutive output terminals among the output terminals Q0-Q7. The second capacitor circuit 25 forms a second composite capacitance value based on the data signals output from the selection circuit 24. As the first composite capacitance value selected in the first capacitor circuit 23 becomes larger, the second composite capacitance value of the second capacitor circuit 25 used for adjustment is shifted to a larger sequence.
