<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blower generating uniform ion wind. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The blower is provided with a discharge electrode and an opposing electrode, and forms ion wind by providing a potential difference between the discharge electrode and the opposing electrode. The discharge electrode includes a plurality of projection parts, and gaps between tips of the projection parts are regulated so as a wind speed distribution of the ion wind in a longitudinal direction of the discharge electrode is to be uniformalized.
