<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select, in case of an earthquake, an abnormal elevator with high emergency degree, and preferentially transmit a despatch request therefor. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The system includes: a customer elevator control board 6; remote maintenance systemd 7a, 7b, etc. for each predetermined area, each of which monitors the operating state of a customer elevator car from information for operating state transmitted from the customer elevator control board within a predetermined area, and transmits a maintenance staff dispatch request when necessity of maintenance is determined; and a maintenance company server 8 which outputs a dispatch instruction of maintenance staff in response to the maintenance staff dispatch request. The customer elevator control board 6 or each remote maintenance system 7a, 7b, etc. executes earthquake control operation based on that an earthquake sensing signal of an earthquake detector 5 is a predetermined seismic intensity or more and that general operation is performed, and preferentially requests the maintenance company server 8 to dispatch maintenance staff when end of the earthquake control operation is confirmed, and it is determined that a passenger is present within the car from a car load signal of a load detector set in the car.
